“Brielle was my creative coach when I released a single after being out of the game for several years. I was way behind as far as a basic understanding of the steps I would need to take to create a brand, really starting from scratch. Brielle worked with me by writing my Bio, exploring what my authentic brand is, pulling together the players for a photoshoot & the artwork for the single, setting up my social media, and so much more. Brielle’s style is like that of a sister and a much-needed safe harbor in this daunting journey of presenting yourself to the world.”

Nothing gives me more purpose than mentoring and developing new and emerging artists. I can’t give anyone all of the answers—no one can. But what I can do is be your mirror. I can help you identify the parts of yourself that are worthy of being explored and supported. I did not make a conscious choice to start working in artist development but I believe it was almost inevitable and aligns with my past work as a teacher, music therapist and my 20+ year career in the entertainment business working in roles both in front of the camera and behind the scenes. I truly believe in nurturing the whole self and I want the people who I write with or develop to not only succeed professionally but to feel like their purpose is being recognized and validated.

Whether it’s creating your brand & artist narrative, songwriting, confidence building, performance training, or music business education, the role of a consultant is a very personal one and allows for a safe artistic space during the essential “figuring it out” phase. Consulting and development can prevent an artist from making mistakes that otherwise could have been avoided especially when this is your first experience working in the music industry. Every session and working relationship is different. Coaches can provide an artist with focus, clarity, direction and emotional support.
